Baima Zhuoga(白玛卓嘎) is a Tibetan girl. Her school is near Xigaze (日喀则). It is about 4,000 metres above the sea level（海平面）. Mount Qomolangma, the highest mountain in the world, stands about 200 kilometres from her school.
The 15-year-old girl studies and lives at Bailang Middle School. Sometimes she walks home, and the trip takes five hours! Sometimes her father drives her in their carriage (马车). It only takes two hours.

Every Wednesday, Zhuoga and her classmates have computer class. But they still can't surf the Internet. Zhuoga knows about the Internet from books. She wants to try it very much.
Zhuoga has a special wish. She wants to be a policeman one day. "Policemen catch bad people. They are cool." said Zhuoga. "I will go to college and make my dream come true!"
