With the global warming getting worse, more people choose to live a low-carbon life for the purpose of reducing green house gases. As students, we have the responsibility to change our lifestyle to fit in with the world better. The following are some small things that may lead to great improvement of the environment.

First and foremost, it is not using washing machines but washing clothes by hand that matters, which can conserve water effectively. Besides, we'd better not take elevators unless it is necessary. As a matter of fact, using stairs does good to both our health and the environment. In addition, I suggest everyone bring shopping bags when going to the supermarket, thus making the surroundings clean with less white pollution. Eventually, with the air pollution becoming more and more severe, it is urgent for us to go to school on foot or by bicycle.

Let's take action from now on. Only by living a low-carbon life can the environment be pleasant and comfortable to live in!
