However, it’s not uncommon to meet some foreigners even in middle schools currently. There’s no denying the fact that schools hiring foreign teachers will be better known. In addition to that, it’s good for us students to develop interest in English study as well as to learn more about foreign culture. Meanwhile, our oral English will be improved a lot. On the other hand, some foreigners, though well paid, find it difficult to get accustomed to the way of life in a foreign country and they sometimes even worry about their safety. What we should pay special attention to is the truth that they lack familiarity with the students, as a result of which, a good many students can scarcely benefit from them.
Personally, individual attitude and devotion to study are supposed to be the determinant factors on which we should count to advance our academic performance.
