My father was a self-taught mandolin player. He was one of the best string   ___56____  players in our town. He could not   ___57___  music, but if he heard a tune a few times, he could play it.

Dad loved to play the mandolin for his  ___ 58___  for he knew we enjoyed singing, and hearing him play.
