Last weekend, I took part in a meaningful volunteer activity. A great number of volunteers went to the Xingguang Nursing Home to look after some old people. Volunteers presented not only some necessary things but also love to the old who need care most.
Nowadays, the number of the volunteers in our society has been increasing. They devote their time and effort to helping people in need. Undoubtedly, volunteers’ help can make a difference!
As a volunteer, besides helping the old, we can also be concerned more about children in remote areas who cannot attend school because of poverty, and the orphans who need better care. It is everyone’s responsibility to help them realize that there are people who care about them.
I also have a willing heart to help people. I have every hope to help the people around me whenever necessary
