With the popularity of computers, ____________________________________
With the popularity of computers, it is a new trend that more and more people get on line to read news and search for information. As a result, the number of people who read newspapers or books is declining rapidly. According to a recent survey, many young people, especially students are found to be poor in Chinese nowadays. They make a lot of spelling mistakes when writing letters and essays, which has caused widespread concern.
I think it is our duty to protect our mother tongue. Here are my suggestions: Let’s take pleasure in reading books and magazines instead of surfing the Internet. By reading widely as well as writing diaries and reviews of books we read, we can hopefully improve our Chinese.
