The foundation of any relationship, whether it be with a business associate, couple, client, parent or friend, is trust. Trust is not something that can be built with quick techniques. It is something that comes into being gradually in your communication. 36
Be transparent.
Do not try to hide things from others. You might think you can pull a fast one on someone else. You can’t. Most people have good intuition (直觉) and even though they may not be able to consciously determine that you are hiding something, they very likely will have an uneasy feeling around you. 37
Be sincere.
This is similar to the previous point. 38 Don’t give fake compliments or say something just because you think you are supposed to. Everyone loves authenticity. When others know that you only speak genuinely, it increases their capacity to trust you.

Ever since we were little children, we have been taught to be respectful. Always remember that every human being is entitled to (拥有权利) be treated with respect. When people know that you will always respect them, it is very natural for trust to increase.
Take responsibility.
When you make a mistake, be quick to clean it up. 40 But it does nothing for your character or the level of trust you are given in the long run. On the contrary, responsibility will win yu trust from others.
A. Never say anything that will get others annoyed or upset.
B. If they don’t feel comfortable around you, they won’t be able to trust you.
C. Always treat people with respect.

F. Only say what you mean and be honest with your words.
G. Defending and making excuses may help you in the short term.
