Recently I find that some classmates lead an unhealthy life, such as staying up late and not eating breakfast. Although we are under great pressure, it is necessary for us to live a healthy life. The following are some useful tips.
First, it’s important that we have a balanced diet and enjoy breakfast every day, because we consume much energy while studying. Second, taking exercise regularly is of equal importance, which can help us to keep fit and release stress.
