One possible version:
Nowadays, there is a phenomenon that more and more paretns of middle school students are hiring houses near the schools in which their children are attending so that they can take good care of the children. Does this have more advantages over disadvantages?
On the one hand, the parents do have the responsibility to take care of their children, especially when they are senior 3 students. First of all, the students are faced with heavy study burden and mental pressure, so their parents comforts and care will make them feel relaxed. Besides, with the help of their parents, the students can save much time and energy from traveling on the buses or doing some washing all by themselves, so that they can have more time to study. 
On the other hand, children are to their parents what birds are to their nests. It is natural for the young to grow up and learn to deal with the affairs in their life. If the parents take over much of the work, the children may grow up unable to take care of themselves, let alone take on their responsibilities to work for the society.
In one word, I don’t agree it is a good choice for the parents to do so.
