Dear Tom，
The Spring Festival in China is an energetic and happy event，during which people here get together with their families, sing and dance to enjoy their colorful life. At about 12 o'clock, some parents and children light crackers. The whole sky is lighted brightly. We always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time, children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and so on.
Delicious food is also an important part of it. People eat dumplings, fish, as well as meat and fried chicken. As a result, some people get sick and still others may suffer from serious diseases.
As far as I am concerned, people should have a balanced diet in the Spring Festival. That is, more vegetables and fruit should be taken in instead of too much fat and sugar. Only in this way can people enjoy a happy and healthy Spring Festival.
