 All of us want to live a healthy life. The following are some useful tips.

 First, it’s important that we have a balanced diet because we need adequate nutrition to grow tall and strong. Not only should we take in enough grains and meat, but we should also eat fruit and vegetables. Second, taking exercise regularly is of equal importance, which can help us to keep fit and release stress. More importantly, we should develop a positive attitude, which allows us to look at things positively no matter what happens. Even if we are in a difficult situation, we should never lose hop.

Proper food, regular exercise and a positive attitude will help us live a healthy life.
