As you know, there has been an activity of “Construction of an energy-saving society” in our school recently. I think it is of vital importance because our society is facing the increasing danger of lack of energy.
In our daily life, we shouldn’t waste any food or paper. It is also advisable to refuse to use disposable chopsticks and plastic bags. Besides, I think the government should make it a rule that those used textbooks should not be thrown away when we graduate from school, because most of them are in good condition and can be recycled.
Actually, there are quite a lot that we can easily do: for example, try to take buses or bicycles instead of driving cars, etc. All of these will definitely help to construct an energy-saving society.
