Recently we have held a discussion in our class on whether or not it’s necessary for students to get up early in the morning. Different people hold different opinions.
On the one hand, some of us hold the view that it is necessary to et up early. They think that the morning is the best time for reading. As the air is fresh and the mind is clear. They believe they can learn more efficiently in the morning and therefore can achieve better scores.
On the other hand, others think it might be harmful to their health to get up early, as getting up early can result in a lack of sleep, the result being that they will feel sleepy in class.
In my opinion, I believe it is important to form a good habit, As the English saying goes, “early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” The whole day’s work depends on a good start in the morning, so we should make good use of it.
