 I know how you are feeling now. I’m sorry to hear that you can’t sleep well. Don’t worry about that. Here are some pieces of advice for you. Second, try to do some exercises before going to bed, relax yourself by listening to some light music and don’t think too much. Finally, try to drink a cup of milk if you want to.
