Dear Peter,

   I’m writing to invite you to the International High School Student Reading Week hosted in our school, which aims to inspire students’ enthusiasm for reading books.

It will take place in the reading room of the school library, from May 6^th to May 10^th. After reading aloud the books we like, including poems, essays or stories, we’ll share our experiences or views from our own life. I know you love reading books, especially Chinese literature. Hopefully, this will be a good chance for you to learn more about it and improve your ability to communicate with others in Chinese.
